I view therapy as a journey with clients and focus on the vulnerability that comes with it. One of the most important things in therapy is the relationship between client and counselor so I want to create a setting that is supportive, encouraging and helpful for the client.

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My degree program included an emphasis on children and adolescence, and trauma therapy.

I am a pre-licensed therapist who works under the supervision of: Shannon Richmond, MA LPCC

Type of therapy: I use in therapy range from CBT, DBT, Gestalt and Adlerian. Within all of these theories are layers of treatment focused on building awareness and acceptance to challenges that are affecting clients.

Clients I treat: I works with individuals, ages 6-65

Concerns I treat: anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD

Appointment hours: I work Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday mornings 8am-12pm

In-network Insurances: Blue Cross Blue Sheild, Health Partners, Tricare West, Ucare, UHC-medicaid

About Me: I enjoy spending time with family, pets, and friends. I enjoy listening to music, reading, photography, crafting and exploring new places. I like to find new things to do everyday and share it with those close to me.
